Absa launched a new campaign called ‘Captain my Captain’ aimed at identifying football’s most loyal and dedicated people. Supporters will be asked to nominate individuals in their society or community who go above and beyond the ordinary for the love of the game.
The launch took place at the SuperSport studios in Randburg during the live broadcast of Thursday Night Live with Robert Marawa which played out on DStv channel 204 and HD 214. Lynn Naude, Absa General Manager of Sponsorship and Events, announced the campaign along with Premier Soccer League CEO Brand de Villiers.
The ‘Captain my Captain’ campaign will run in partnership with SuperSport. People can nominate the individuals that best represent the human spirit through SuperSport’s website – www.supersport.com. This is a pursuit for ordinary people, who are doing extraordinary things that benefit their society and community.
